The Canada-accessible door into the Cobra family (discussed separately). Accepts residents of all non-OFAC countries; Canada explicitly listed. BUT it clears through Interactive Brokers and runs on IBKR's TWS — so the locate pool is effectively IBKR's, NOT Cobra's DAS locate ecosystem. You can get Cobra's volume-tiered active-trader commissions via the relationship, but not DAS itself. $5k min ($3k if 25 or under); $25k PDT equity applies when day trading. Net: convenient, but locate depth ≈ IBKR, not Cobra.
