TIMETABLE: • 16:30 — leave Airbnb (bus 60A from Anton-Heger-Platz / Erlaaer Str. → S-Bahn or U-Bahn to center, 40-50 min) • 17:15-17:30 — arrive Staatsoper, enter Stehplatz queue at the Operngasse side entrance (marked "Stehplatz") • 17:40 — same-day box office opens (80 min before curtain). Pay €10-18 cash or card. Pick Parterre (€15-18) for best view, Balcony (€10-13), or Gallery (€10) • 17:45 — go inside, tie scarf/bandana on the brass railing to claim your spot. Then grab a drink in the lobby • 19:00 — curtain • 22:15 — show ends, plenty of time for last U-Bahn (~00:30)

DRESS CODE: relaxed for standing — jeans fine, but no shorts/flip-flops. Smart casual works.
