rename the word chosen for pick and picked.

I need a satisfaction table of picked items.
a picked item should have a
picked_rank_new
picked_rank_used
picked_rank_old.

2026-05-05 clarifications (still draft, needs more thinking before implementation):

1. Rename scope: both UI labels AND DB rewrite (metadata._status: 'chosen' → 'picked' backfill on all rows).

2. Top-nav link: /app/picks. Mirrors /app/plans pattern with a global searchbox that hits both project.picked attributes AND option.picked attributes. Example: searching "realone" surfaces the "Virtue AI glasses" option because the parent project picked it. Each result is a tab; clicking opens the classic option detail view extended with the satisfaction fields below.

3. Satisfaction ranks: still TBD — scale + schema + when each rank is filled all need to be defined before this can be implemented.

Shelved by user; needs a more thought-out spec before another implementation pass.
